Please refer to our Circular No. SMD/Policy/CIR-15/97 dated July 01, 1997 forwarding therewith a list of 75 group companies of CRB Capital Markets Ltd.
With regard to the order of the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi dated 13.06.97, we have been provided with a list of 40 CRB Group Companies by the Reserve Bank of India, which are coming within the purview of said order. The modified list of the 40 CRB group companies is enclosed. You may please adopt the line of action intimated to you vide our Circular No. SMD/Policy/CIR-15/97 dated July 01, 1997, with reference to these 40 Companies only.
You are also advised to forward us the names of all member brokers of your exchange falling under categories (a), (b) and (c) of the referred circular within 7 days of receipt of this letter alongwith report on its compliance.
