Order under Section 119 of the Income-tax Act, 1961
On consideration of representations from various stakeholders for further extension of ‘due-date’, being 30th September, 2017 for assessees covered under clause (a) of Explanation 2 of section 139(1) of the Income-tax Act, 1961 pertaining to Assessment Year 2017-2018, the CBDT in modification of its order dated 31.08 2017 in file of even number, hereby further extends the ‘due-date‘ for filing income-tax returns and reports of audit pertaining to Assessment Year 2017-2018 from 31st October, 2017 to 7th November, 2017.

If Govt gives extension for current Fy year filing
They should announce right now otherwise it will be waste because by the time they announce the
Auditors will file the written improperly
GST / Income Tax site par load aane se ye site stuck ho jati hai… Aur Govt. to due date extend karani padati hai….

No use this one week extension. Another pressure extended for one week. 30th Nov 2017 is the real consideration. We believe the Govt. knows our pain.
Due Date of Filling Income Tax Return U/s 44ab has been extended upto 7th November .
कमर सीधी मत करो काम पे जुट जाओ।
this date not satisfy just one week
Treatment after death (Demonetization was treatment but failure, GST is treatment but failure on the economic parameter and self on GST portal, date extended for one weak for “Tax Audit” is also as life saving drugs which is like save of life or death.) Thank for this type of think and thought.
