It is good that CBDT extended the IT return submission date upto 31.10.2011 for Sikkim. But why so much of step mother attitude for Odisha? There was a heavy flood in the state with recurrence over the week. The road connectivity totally disrupted. IT system links didnot work. Still then CBDT falling in the same attitude syndrome of central govt towards Odisha, didnot bother about the grim situation in Odisha. Can the CBDT introspect to the situation?
