So the states have been given the option to adopt the new threshold of 40 lakh. If the states dont want it , then nothing changes.

I registered for GST last year as my turnover was bordering 20 lakh. Now if my state adopts the new threshold, can i opt out of GST ?

  3. Sudhir Sharma says:

Pl confirm whether threshold limit for service providers raised from 20 to 40 Lakhs ? There are contradictory opinions expressed by different persons.
