NOTICE FOR PRE-RFP MEETING OF VENDORS/BIDDERS
Directorate of Systems, Central Board of Excise and Customs is in the process of releasing an RFP for the appointment of an Implementation Agency for development and maintenance of an application for CBEC’s proposed GST system; maintenance of the existing ACES application and Help Desk, and Training for the users.
Directorate of Systems invites potential Implementation Agencies for a Pre-RFP meeting to provide an overview of the broad Scope of Work, Payment Terms, Evaluation Criteria and also to address any other query or concern to the extent possible.
The meeting would be held on 15th June 2015 at 3.00 PM at CBEC’s IT facility at NBCC. Due to space constraints, only two representatives from each company/firm can be accommodated.

The interested System Integrators are requested to send the details of the attendees by email to firstname.lastname@example.org by 14th June 2015, 4.00 PM. Attendees are requested to carry their identification with them to facilitate entry. Attendees are advised not to carry Laptops/ USB drives/Hard disks, mobile phone or any other recording device to the Conference room.
