Corrigendum on SION E-124 for Refined Sunflower Oil Export

Directorate General of Foreign Trade, under the Department of Commerce, Government of India, issued a crucial corrigendum dated 29th April 2024. This correction addresses Public Notice No.01/2024, issued on 9th April 2024, concerning the modification of SION E-124 for the export item Refined Sunflower Oil (Edible Grade).

In compliance with Paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, the Director General of Foreign Trade initiated a correction regarding the import item at S. No. 6 in the aforementioned Public Notice. The key alteration involves SION No. E-124, specifying the export item as Refined Sunflower Oil (Edible Grade) with a quantity of 1 MT.

The amendment pertains to the import item, where the existing quantity of Filter Aid was originally stated as 3600 Kg. However, the corrected quantity now stands at 3.600 Kg. This rectification holds significant implications for stakeholders involved in the export and import of the specified commodities.

Subject: Corrigendum to Public Notice No.01/2024 dated 9^th April, 2024 on modification of SION E-124 for export item Refined Sunflower Oil (Edible Grade)-Regarding.

F.No. 01/85/171/00011/AM20/ DES.VI. In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 1.03 of Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following correction on import item at S. No. 6, in Public Notice No. 01/2024 dated 9^th April, 2024:

Effect to this Public Notice: The import quantity of Filter Aid at S. No. 6 of Public Notice No. 01/2024 dated 9^th April, 2024 stands corrected from 3600 Kg to 3.600 Kg.
