Central Government hereby constitutes the National Company Law Tribunal, Kochi Bench at Kochi

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th July, 2018

S.O. 3683(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 419 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby constitutes the National Company Law Tribunal, Kochi Bench at Kochi and for the said purpose hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs number S.O. 1935 (E), dated the 1^st June, 2016, namely:—

2. In the said notification, in the Table, –

(i) against serial number 6, in column number (4), the entries “(1) State of Kerala” and “(3) Union territory of Lakshadweep”, shall be omitted;

(ii) after serial number 12 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:-

3. This notification shall come into force on the 1^st day of August, 2018.
