Government establishes NCLT, Jaipur Bench at Jaipur

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 28th June, 2018

S.O. 3145(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 419 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby establishes the National Company Law Tribunal, Jaipur Bench at Jaipur and for the said purpose further amends the notification of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs number S.O. 1935 (E), dated the 1^st day of June, 2016, namely:—

2. In the said notification, in the Table, –

(i) in serial number 1, in column number (4), the entry “(2) State of Rajasthan”, shall be omitted;

(ii) after serial number 10 and the entries thereto, the following shall be inserted namely:-

3.This notification shall come into force on the 1^stday of July, 2018.
