Has ICAI(Finance) taken any action against its erring members,Last time they have come out opposing such reports and warned media not to publish such rumors that tarnish the super clean image of the novel profession. And denied of existence of any such name in the member registrar. Now why they are silent. Some reactions will come arguing one such instance does not make any difference but time and again these things keeps on happening.Very strange a widely followed portal CACLUBINDIA never publish such reports nor any leading financial dailies.Either they are ignoring intentionally as ICAI has strong presence in all these medium or this portal has the guts to report the truth.Kudos and hats off to TAXGURU..Its high time Govt.should put into action the Accounting and Auditing Oversight body on fast track and include other sister Institutes in the Definition of Accountant under proposed DTC.
Thanks,
