In order to facilitate smooth settlement of NEFT transactions in the accounts of the member banks maintained with the Reserve Bank in a 24×7 environment, it has been decided to provide an additional collateralised intra-day liquidity facility, to be called Liquidity Support (LS).
In the recent past there have been a few instances of Fat Finger, Big Figure errors on the part of market participants in G Sec auctions. Realizing that such errors can cause financial loss to the bidders, Reserve Bank of India has developed a “Price / Yield range setting” facility on its Core Banking Solution (CBS) platform, viz. e-Kuber.

(1) These rules may be called the Foreign Exchange Management (Non-debt Instruments) (Amendment) Rules, 2019. (2) These rules shall be deemed to have come into force on the 17th October, 2019, except items (i), (ii), (iii), (iv), (v) and (vii) of rule 6 which shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
i. These Regulations may be called the Foreign Exchange Management (Export of Goods and Services) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019. ii. They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
