I wonder why Notification 18/2018-Central Tax dated 28th March, 2018 says “hereby extends the time limit for furnishing the details of outward supplies in FORM GSTR-1”, when they fix the due date of the GSTR-1 for the month of May as June 10th. There is no extension here as the Act itself prescribes the date of filing of GSTR-1 as 10th of the succeeding month. Hope it wasn’t a typo error, where they meant July 10th to be the date for furnishing GSTR-1 of May 2018!
