A partnership firm is an association of people who join together for a business purpose and to share the profits. All partnership firms are regulated by the Partnership Act, 1932. For submitting the application form, submit the following documents:
> Original copy of Partnership Deed signed by all the partners.
> Rental or lease agreement of the property on which the business is established.
> Self-attested proof of identity of partners.
The applicant needs to pay Rs. 10 as an application charge.
Haryana Partnership Firm Registration Procedure
To register for a partnership firm in Haryana, the following steps should be taken:
Step 1: The applicant must visit the official website of the Haryana Government i.e. https://haryanaindustries.gov.in/
Step 2: Click on the “Registration of firms” under the “Online Services” menu, which is on the right side of the home page of the web portal.
Step 3: If the user is registering for the first time, one needs to click the “New Registration” option.
Step 4: Then, the application form will open up for the registration of online services.
Step 5: After registering the applicant will receive a confirmation of his registered email id.
Step 6: To proceed further create a login ID by entering your mail id and password.
Step 7: After logging the application form for partnership, firm registration will appear on the screen.
Step 8: Click on the “Registration and Regulations of Firm” and click on “Apply for registration of Firm”.
Step 9: Fill up the application form and submit the application form after making the payment of Rs. 10/- and uploading the documents as per the steps mentioned in the screenshot.
Step 10: Click on the “Submit” button for successful registration, and your application will go to the concerned district Registrar’s office for verification.
Note: Upon submission, the applicant will receive the acknowledgment number for further reference.
Step 11: After successful submission of the application, the application can be viewed under the “View all applications”. The user should check the status of the application regularly.
Step 12: On approving the application status, the applicant will receive the registration certificate for Registrar of Firms.
Verification of Firms
After, approval of the application, the Firm Registration can be verified through the following steps:
Step 1: Click on “Verification of firm” under the online services menu on the homepage of the official portal of Haryana industries.
