Who needs to file E-form DIR-3-KYC
i. e-Form DIR-3 KYC is to be filed by an individual who holds DIN and is filing his KYC details for the first time OR
ii. By the DIN holder who has already filed his KYC once in e-form DIR-3 KYC but wants to update his details.
Who can file WEB Service DIR-3-KYC
Web service DIR-3-KYC-WEB is to be used by the DIN holder who has submitted DIR-3 KYC e-form in the previous financial year and no update is required in his details.
Notes for filing DIR-3-KYC and WEB Service DIR-3-KYC
i. All the individuals who has obtained DIN on or before 31st March, 2018 shall have already filed their DIR-3 KYC in previous financial year. Therefore for such individuals:
♦ If want to update their details, will file e-form DIR-3KYC
♦ If details are same as earlier filed DIR-3 KYC, will file WEB BASE DIR-3 KYC (Through MCA Services→DIN Services→DIR-3-KYC-WEB)
ii. If an individual obtained DIN after 31st March, 2018 till 31st March, 2019 in this case such individual shall file e-form DIR-3 KYC.
Due Date to file DIR-3-KYC and WEB Service DIR-3-KYC
This year Due date of filing of both DIR-3 KYC is 30th September, 2019.
Document required to file KYC details for first time or to update details
i. PAN Card
ii. Aadhaar Card
iii. Passport (If you have)
iv. Current Mobile Number(for OTP)
v. Current e-MAIL ID (for OTP)

I need your help to complete my KYC of my OPC for the year 2020-2021 before 30th Sept 21. Pl help & guide for completing the same, I do have my DIN number but do not have a user ID with me
