Shri Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi has said that the Union Budget (General) 2017-18 will be helpful in socio-economic-educational empowerment of Minorities. Further, in many cases, such contract employee are not being provided Social Security benefits under the EPF & MP Act, 1952which they are entitled to.
