The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) has issued Circular No. IBBI/CIRP/94/2026 dated June 2, 2026, specifying the formats to be used under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016, as amended by the Third Amendment Regulations, 2026. Exercising its powers under Section 196 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), the Board has notified standardized forms covering various stages of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). These include Form A for public announcements, Forms AA and AB for written consent of Resolution Professionals and Authorised Representatives, Form AC for asset and record listings, Forms B to F for submission and proof of claims by different categories of creditors, Form FA for CIRP withdrawal applications, Form G for invitation of Expressions of Interest, Form GA for two-stage approval of resolution plans, and Form H for compliance certificates. The prescribed formats are annexed to the circular and are intended to ensure uniformity and procedural consistency in CIRP proceedings.

Subject: Formats under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016.
The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Professional Agencies) Regulations, 2016. (CIRP Regulations), as amended by the IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2026 specify various forms relating to the process to be notified by Board through circular.
