CBDT on 14th June 2022 has finally released after 74 days Excel offline Utility of ITR-5 [For persons other than,- (i) individual, (ii) HUF, (iii) company and (iv) person filing Form ITR-7] for Assessment Year 2022-23
Punjab and Haryana High Court Judgment in the case of Vishal Garg Vs UOI has instructed CBDT to ensure that the forms etc. which are to be prescribed for the audit report and for e-filing the returns should ordinarily be made available on the first day of April of the assessment year.

They release atleast now and NOT AFTER THE DUE DATE.. Form 16 & 16A are issued on 15 June every year and due date is 31 July; hardly giving time to fight for rectification. If those who are responsible to give these Forms can be given 2.5 months why hurry up tax payer?
The system is not accepting the ITReturn for the AY 2022-23, even though validation is over and without any errors. When form is complete in all fields and previewed and validated,on submission an error message is popping up saying there is error you can try afterwards, this message coming for the last 10 days. Is there any technical problem on line submission.
Yes forms are not available on time and TDS & TDS certificate will update around 15 Jun than how could it possible for practitioner to file ITR within 45 days for all the clients.
We should request to ITD to postpone the dates of Filing ITR from 31st Jul to some next 1-2 month.
I am submitting self. All TDS and TCS is available still it is not accepting.
