– After verification, if the Jurisdictional AO approves the legal heir claim, refund will be routed to your bank account.
25. Account is under attachment by court/IT.

Last two year.not refund my money. Then on line ITR submit. Why
my refund is rejected citing “the same is invalidated by NPCI due to INVALID ACCOUNT TYPE OR REFUND CANNOT BE CREDITED TO THIS ACCOUNT TYPE”. My account is already a pre-validated account wherein I have been receiving refund since last 10 years.
Refund is returned giving reason others while account is validated. one side income tax says faceless but now says contact assessing officer. our account no and others are correct. What step should take. refund re- issue is not show any back refund .pl guide.

SBI Hydrabad , dispatching Inc. Tax refund on line..multiple times will state refund rejected by bank. Reason given OTHERS. Several times online reissue refund had been applied. The same reply is stated rejected By bank reason others.
Bank does not have any idea or record from their end why they would reject funds sent to their bank. 3 years going not being resolve. Before 2017 all refund sent ECS/neft by Inc.tax dept. Never got rejected time immemorial for 27 years.
Only suggestion given is to open another account.. With out a clear reason what constitute the cause as others.

Digitisation has only given more handles to catch an honest tsx payer. Are the rules meant to imprive tax collection or to load the ITOs more work? Mr jaitley has lost sight if the problems if ordinary tax payers. He thinks everybody us a thief! That is clear from the rules, sub rules, clarifications etc etc. Dies the FM exoect every to be a supreme ciurt lawyer?? What a shame! On the one gand PM wnats simolification on the other soft ware engineers make it so much mire cimplicated! Where is the ciuntry going?
Partnership Firm who has closed the business operation and also closed
all the bank accounts while refund is of some thousand of rupees in such
cases contacted to various department of income tax however they have
no answers or solutions for refunding such amount.
i think you did only copy and paste without properly read the material and also only for wrong account number you has streach it into 7 point.
The response from the call centre number of SBI is of no use; Though it has been said that the refunds will be credited directly to the accounts of the assessees cheques are also sent.
Direct credit to bank account was made compulsory from last year only.
I am not clear I thought that IT refunds are sent to the bank direct and in that case where is the question of “cheque”
