Advocate Rajbir Singh is a distinguished member of the Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana, having been enrolled since 2018. In 2022, he joined the “DTBA, Faridabad” Parivar. Additionally, he is recognized as a “Trademark Attorney.”

Educationally, he secured an MBA in 2011 and completed his LLB in 2016.

Rajbir Singh has amassed over a decade of expertise in both Direct and Indirect Taxes, spanning areas like the Goods & Service Tax, Income Tax, Trademark, and MSME acts. He is actively involved in GST audits across several states, including Haryana, Maharashtra, Telangana, and Uttarakhand. Beyond audits, his professional acumen extends to litigation matters, including the scrutiny of returns and responses to show cause notices. He adeptly handles matters pertaining to the recovery of MSME payments, working closely with the MSME council as per the MSME Act.

He is also a frequent speaker at GST study circle meetings organized by the “District Tax Bar Association” in Faridabad.
