Various types of returns are prescribed with different due dates under the GST Law and filing of the same after the due date attracts late fee apart from Interest. In all there are 22 types of return forms prescribed under GST Law.
First let us go through the due dates of these largely used return forms under the GST Law:

Various notifications have been issued in the month of March, 2z023 waiving late fees for pending compliances pertaining to period FY 2017-18 to FY 2021-22, provided compliance is done before 30th June, 2023. The same are as under:
