G.S.R. 587(E).- In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (2) of section 120 of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2019, the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st of September, 2019 as the date on which the Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019 shall come into force.
