(E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by fourth proviso to sub-rule (1) of rule 12 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002, and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.15/2011-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 30th June, 2011, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub­section (i) vide G.S.R. 496(E), dated the 30th June, 2011, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby specifies the form for quarterly return, namely:-
