On January 19, 2005, the Government of India issued Public Notice No. 48/2004-09, amending Appendix 28 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I) under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09. The amendment added three new companies to the list for certification purposes: NQAQSR in North America, Baltic Control Ltd. in Denmark, and National Marine Consultants Inc. in the USA. Additionally, an error in Sl. No. 8 was corrected, updating the contact details for Gulf Inspection International Co. (K.S.C.) based in Kuwait. These changes were made to ensure the accuracy of the certification process and to provide updated contact information for relevant entities involved in the trade procedures. This notice was issued in public interest.
