NOTIFICATION No. 41(RE-2005)/2004-2009

NEW DELHI, DATED THE 23rd Jan’2006

S.O.(E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 ( No. 22 of 1992) read with paragraph 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, (as amended from time to time), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009:-

1. At the end of Paragraph 4.1.6, the following sentence shall be added:-

“In case of spices (covered by chapter 9 of the ITC (HS) Classifications of Export & Import Items, 2004-09), the minimum value addition under advance license shall be 15%”.
