S.O. (E) – In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy 1997-2002, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby announces the All Industry Rate of Duty Drawback for the period ending 31.5.2001 as under .

1. Furnace Oil Rs. 780 Per MT
This rate is applicable only in cases of supplies of furnace oil by domestic oil companies to 100% Export Oriented Units and units in Export Processing Zones which are considered as deemed exports as per chapter 10 of Export-Import Policy 1997-2002.
