NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 1st October, 2001

G.S.R. 749(E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 205C of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby establishes a fund to be called the Investor Education and Protection Fund.
