Legal Requirement to Place a copy of the annual return on the website of the company, as Notified section of Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 on 28.08.2020
With reference to Commencement notification S.O. 2920(E) dated 28th August, 2020 the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has notified following Section of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 to amend Companies Act, 2013–
