Notification constituting the National Company Law Tribunal and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal under Sections 408 and 410 respectively of the Companies Act, 2013



New Delhi, the 1st June, 2016

S.O. 1932(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 408 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby constitutes the National Company Law Tribunal to exercise and discharge the powers and functions as are, or may be, conferred on it by or under the said Act with effect from the 1st day of June, 2016.

    when will be the er provisions under Section 434(1)(c) and (d) of companies act, 2013 be notified as the functioning of BIFR/AAIFR is not upto the mark and criticised in the judgment given by madras high court in salem textiles case(full bench) and approved by supreme court in Madras Petrochemical Industries vs BIFR(January 2016)
