S.O. 2422(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 (1 of 2018), the Central Government hereby appoints the 13th June, 2018 as the date on which the following provisions of the said Act shall come into force, namely :-

(E).—In the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, number S.O. 2422(E), dated the 13th June, 2018, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 14th June, 2018, at page 2, in line 8, for “Section 22”, read “Clause (iii) of Section 21 and Section 22”.
