Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules, 2018

G.S.R.175(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 469 read with sub-section (6) of section 89 and sub-section (1) of section 121 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, namely: ‑

1. (1) These rules may be called the Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules, 2018.

(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, for Form No. MGT-6 and Form No. MGT-15, the following forms shall be substituted, namely:-

FORM NO. MGT-6

Return to the Registrar in respect of declaration under section 89 received by the company

(Pursuant to section 89(6) of The Companies Act, 2013 and pursuant to rule 9(3) of The Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014]

FORM NO. MGT-15

Form for filing Report on Annual General Meeting

[Pursuant to section 121(1) of the Compares Act, 2013 and Rule 31(2) of Companies (Management and Administration) Rules. 2014]
