The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced the due payment of the Annual Membership Fee and Certificate of Practice (COP) Fee for the financial year 2025-26, effective from April 1, 2025. The last date for payment is June 30, 2025.

The membership fee structure is as follows:

  • ACS Members: ₹2,950 (₹2,360 if opting out of the physical Chartered Secretary Journal).
  • FCS Members: ₹3,540 (₹2,950 if opting out of the physical journal).
  • COP Fee: ₹2,360 for both ACS and FCS members.
    All amounts are inclusive of 18% GST.

Concessions are available for:

  • Senior members (70+ years): 75% discount on the membership fee.
  • Divyangjan members: 50% discount upon submission of a valid medical certificate.

Payment is to be made online only through the ICSI website:

1. Visit icsi.edu and select “Member Portal” under “ONLINE SERVICES.”

2. Log in with membership credentials.

3. Click the renewal link under “Announcements.”

4. Fill out the Know Your Member (KYM) Form and proceed with payment.

PAYMENT OF ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE AND CERTIFICATE OF PRACTICE FEE FOR FY 2025-2026

The Annual Membership Fee and Certificate of Practice Fee for the Financial Year 2025-26 have become due for payment w.e.f. 1st April, 2025. The last date for payment of Annual Membership Fee and Certificate of Practice Fee is 30th June, 2025.

Details of fee payable are as under :

* All Fee inclusive of 18% GST.

A Member who is of the age of Seventy years and above is eligible for 75% concession in Annual Membership Fee.

A Member, who is Divyangjan, can avail 50% concession in Annual Membership Fee subject to submission of medical certificate issued by competent authority.

Mode of Remittance of Fee:

Fee can be remitted through ONLINE mode only as per steps given below :

1. Use ONLINE SERVICES tab onicsi.edu

2. Select Member Portal from dropdown

3. Login using membership number e.g. A1234/F1234

4. Enter password

5. Click on renew link under “Announcements”

6. Fill the KYM Form and proceed to pay the fee

The online KYM (Know Your Member) Form is required to be filled before making online payment of Annual Membership Fee.

    I have a certificate of practice which I donot require wef 2024-25
    Institute renewal of fee does not provide such deletion of cop fee
