SEBI has developed an Investor Charter for RTAs, inter-alia, detailing the services provided to Investors, Rights of Investors, various activities of RTAs with timelines, Dos and Don’ts for Investors and Grievance Redressal Mechanism.
With a view to provide investors relevant information about the various activities pertaining to primary market issuances in the debt market, an Investor Charter has been prepared by SEBI in consultation with Merchant Bankers.
Post examination of their application, BSE Administration and Supervision Limited (BASL), a wholly owned subsidiary of BSE Limited (BSE) has been granted recognition as an Accreditation Agency under Regulation 2(1) (aa) of SEBI (Alternative Investments Funds) Regulations, 2012
