Instructions to consolidate GSTR-2A
1. You can use this tool by using Microsoft Excel version 2016, 2019, 2021 or Office 365
2. Save only GSTR-2A Excel workbooks without changing Name i.e.,(GSTIN_MMYYYY_R2A.Xlsx) on your computer but not on google drive,one drive, etc.
3. Copy that folder location (alt+d)(ctrl+c) then paste this on yellow cell then click on GSTR-2A To consolidate first 5 GSTR-2A in a folder

Hi sir,
Make sure all the following below mentioned points before using this tool
1.EXCEL version shall be 2016,2019,2021or office 365
2.save all excel workbooks in a separate folder in desktop not in cloud (eg.google drive,one drive,e.t.c.,)
3. Copy that folder location (alt+d)(ctrl+c) then paste this on yellow cell then click on GSTR-2A
To consolidate first 5 GSTR-2A in a folder
