This tool is created to help the professionals and article trainees in consolidating GSTR-2B (Excel files) at one click. Please follow the short procedure mentioned below
- Download GSTR-2B Excel files from GST Portal.
- Save all the downloaded GSTR-2B excel files at one location. (In one single folder)
- It can open multiple files (even with different GSTIN’s). consolidate the data in respective sheets, and summarize the report accordingly.
Note:
1. Should not change the name format for the downloaded GSTR-2B Excel files. (MMYYY_GSTIN_DDMMYYY)
2. This tool will not consider duplicate files.

it is not working and show the error message while click GSTR-2B button
Please Look into the solutions for the following usal mistakes while using this tool
1.Gstr-2B Excel workbooks should be placed in the desktop(not in server or onedrive or google drive e.t.c)
2. GSTR-2B consolidation Tool shall be placed outside the GSTR-2B folder
3.You have to enable Macros
4. You have to use windows 2013 or higher version
