Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019 applicable w.e.f 1.9.2019

Notification No. 04/2019 Central Excise-NT dated 21st August, 2019 – central government notifies that the Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme (SVLDRS), 2019 will come into force w.e.f 1st of September, 2019 till 31st December, 2019.

G.S.R. 587(E).- In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (2) of section 120 of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2019, the Central Government hereby appoints the 1^st of September, 2019 as the date on which the Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019 shall come into force.
