All IECs/firms, who have been issued scrips under RoSCTL for shipping bills upto 31.03.2020, are requested to get the related e-BRCs uploaded in the DGFT portal by their AD banks latest by 15.09.2021, failing which action as per para 4.96 of HBP, as notified vide PN 58 dated 29.01.2020 would be initiated by the jurisdictional RAs.

In order to prepare a new five year Foreign Trade Policy, suggestions/inputs are invited from various stakeholders for New Foreign Trade Policy (2021-26)
issuance of benefits/scrips under MEIS, SEIS, ROSL and ROSCTL Schemes would be on hold for a temporary period due to changes in the allocation procedure. During this period, no fresh applications would be allowed to be submitted at the online IT module of DGFT for these schemes and all submitted applications pending for issuance of scrips would also be on hold.
Following DGFT services will not be available from 1 st June 2021 to 6th June 2021: i. Application for a new IEC ii. Application for Amendments/Modification in an IEC iii. One-time linking of Aadhaar for e-sign purposes. In view of the above, all stakeholders may therefore plan their activities accordingly.
It is submitted that the recording of transferability of DFIA is being made online. In this regard, a facility has been created on DGFT website to record the information about transfer of DFIA scrips. The recording of given information would allow the transferee to apply for ARO/Invalidation against the said DFIA Scrip online.
