Sir I want more clarification with regard to withdrawal of exemption for services provided to Educational Institute except four services like as catering services, transport facility to students, conducting examination and admission to such institute. Do this withdrawl is applicable to private institutions only. What about the services provided to and provided by a Government institutions (with reference to entry no 12) is is exempted form Service Tax anyways by way of Negative list?
