Subject: Release of New Digital Portal for filing of Information with the Exchange – for Financial results, Related Party Transactions (RPT) and Business Responsibility & Sustainability Report (BRSR) under SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is in continuation to Exchange circular no NSE/CML/2022/03 dated January 06, 2022, informing about the launch of Digital Portal for filings done with the Exchange and circular no. NSE/CML/2022/18 dated July 08, 2022, informing about release of New Digital Portal for filing of information with the Exchange – for Equity Announcements & Disclosures under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
All NSE listed entities are requested to note that in addition to filings released in phase 1, following filings must also be made on the new portal with effect from July 11, 2022, in phase 2:
- Financial Results – XBRL submission (Digital Exchange > Compliance > Financial Results > Full Results)
- Related Party Transactions – XBRL submission (Digital Exchange > Compliance > Financial Results > Related Party Transactions)
- Business Responsibility & Sustainability Report – XBRL submission (Digital Exchange > Compliance > Business Responsibility & Sustainability Report (BRSR))
Please note that all the remaining filing shall continue in the existing NEAPS portal.
Further, a demo shall also be organized to demonstrate the method of filing aforementioned disclosures in the Digital Portal, the details for which shall be shared separately.
