Dear Sir / Madam,
Sub: Monthly Development Report for Commodity Derivative Exchanges
1. The Commodity Derivative Exchanges are advised to submit a Monthly Development Report, as per the prescribed format, from the month of April, 2015 onwards and ensure that the same reaches SEBI by 7th of the succeeding month.
2. The format for the Monthly Report is provided at Annexure-A
3. This circular is being issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 11 (1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 to protect the interests of investors in securities and to promote the development of, and to regulate the securities market.
4. This Circular is available on SEBI website at www.sebi.gov.in
