I am retired person and I am receiving USD from my son at-least once in a 3 months, not amounting to USD 10000 per annum. Do I have to take a permission under FEMS or declare it some where as I receive foreign exchange ? If yes, then please let me know the form no. Thanks

FORM HAS CHANGED AS PER PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 151 DATED 26.02.2009.
