I am senior citizen. I had purchased a 100 sq yrds plot in Municipal Area in May 2022 for Rs 1060000/- and constructed it with ground floor. Due to my family circumstances I had sold it of Rs 2500000/- in November 2022. I had not maintained the construction cost charges i.e. purchase bill of material and labour charges etc .Please guide, how to calculate the construction cost of house for calculating the short term capital gain. However, I have sold it at lower cost.
