The notification designates the ‘Principal Secretary to Government & Chairman, Odisha Computer Application Centre (OCAC), Department of Electronics & Information Technology (E&IT), Government of Odisha’ to facilitate the identification of genuine beneficiaries for the state’s social welfare schemes. This designation allows the OCAC to access and use information from the Income Tax Department for verifying the eligibility of individuals for these schemes.
