Infotech, a registered supplier, claimed ITC of Rs. 28,52,370/- on services of mobile recharge purchased from M/s Bharti Airtel Ltd., against seven tax invoices totaling Rs. 1,58,46,502/-. The petitioner asserted that CGST and SGST, amounting to Rs. 14,26,185/- each, were duly charged and paid
