In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub rule (14) of Rule 138 of Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, 1, Alok Gupta, Commissioner, State Tax, on the recommendation of the council, hereby rescind. the Notification no. F.17(131)ACCT/GST/2017/3199, dated the 26th March, 2018.
This notification shall come into force with effect from 20′ May, 2018.
