NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002.
No. VAT/AMD-2018/1B/ADM-8.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 17A of the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, the Commissioner of Sales Tax, Maharashtra State, Mumbai, being satisfied that it is necessary so to do in the public interest, hereby,—
(a) rescinds the Notification No. VAT/AMD-2018/1B/ADM-8, dated the 5th June 2018 and shall deemed to have been always rescinded with effect from the 5th June 2018.
(b) restore the Notification No. VAT/AMD-1009/IB/ADM-06, dated the 26th August 2009 as amended by Notification No. VAT/AMD-1009/1B/Adm-6, dated the 20th November 2010 and Notification No. VAT/AMD-2013/1B/Adm-8, dated the 23rd August 2013.
