THE MAHARASHTRA VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002.
No. VAT 1522/CR. 18/Taxation-1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002 (Mah. IX of 2005), the Government of Maharashtra, hereby, with effect from the 1st April 2022, amends Schedule -B appended to the said Act, follows, namely:—
In the Maharathra Value Added Tax Act, 2002, in Schedule B,-
(1) for entry 15, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :—
“15. Natural Gas 3%.”;
(2) entry 16 shall be deleted.
