FULL TEXT OF INTERIM HIGH COURT ORDER

1. Adjournment is sought on behalf of the Respondents stating that Mr. Vikas Mahajan, learned counsel appearing on their behalf is held up in the Supreme Court in some other matter.

2. Considering that these matters were to be heard finally today an adjournment is sought, it is directed that the Respondents shall not, without prior intimation to this Court, proceed to appoint persons to the GST Appellate Tribunal till the next date.
