NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Delhi Value Added Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2015 (Delhi Act 05 of 2015). the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby, appoints the 15^th  July, 2015 as the date on which said Act shall come into force.
