NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017.
No. GST/1019 / C.R. 43/ Tax-1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 57 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Mah. XLIII of 2017), the Government of Maharashtra hereby constitute the Fund, with effect from the 1st July 2017, to be called the Maharashtra Consumer Welfare Fund for the purposes of the said Act.
