The interest of consumers under GST is protected by Anti Profiteering Authority. Affected consumers can file their grievance before Standing Committee/State level Screening Committee in terms of Rule 128 of CGST Rules, 2017 using Anti Profiteering Application Form (APAF-1) which has been simplified and made more convenient to use.
