Automatic Jobwork Reconciliation Excel Utility

Doing a reconciliation between two pieces of data is always a wearisome job, and also time consuming especially when we are attempting to reconcile Materials sent to Job work and received back as final product. Because we generally send many parts (Ie. Child Parts) in lots and receiving back Final product (Ie. Parent Parts) from the Job worker in pieces. Section 143(1)(a) of CGST Act, 2017, we must receive back the parts send to job worker within one year from the date of dispatch of goods, failing which which will be considered as supply. So it is very important to do the reconciliation on First IN First OUT basis to minimize tax payment. We have designed this excel utility to make this reconciliation very easy and accurate.

STEP 1.

We have to enter our Bill of Material (BOM) details in sheet name “BOM Master Data”. Where we to enter Child Part numbers and Parent Part Numbers and How many child part is required to produce one Parent Part

STEP 2.

We have to enter our Dispatch details in Sheet name “DISPATCH 541-542”.

STEP 3.

we have to enter our Receipt Details from Job worker in Sheet name “RECEIPT 101-102”.

STEP 4.

We have to enter Job worker details in Sheet name “DISPATCH 541-542” Line No.3, and Column P to Y

STEP 5.

Click the tab “Click here to do Reconciliation” in Sheet name “DISPATCH 541-542”.

STEP 6.

Click the tab “Click here to do ITC04” in Sheet name “DISPATCH 541-542”.

That’s all your reconciliation will be ready in Sheet Name “FINAL RECON” and ITC 04 will be ready in Sheet Name “ITC 04” and “ITC05A”
